  2) We were from out of town and scheduled to leave about 2 days after our dog was hit- unfortunately he did need more time in care but they were super accommodating and made sure that when he was well enough to go home, we were set up for the road trip back. We never doubted for a second that they had ours, and our dog's best interests in mind. After all of that, our vet back home was really pleased with their treatment strategy.

  This is the best veterinary clinic in the city. We have taken our Poncho there for emergencies and regular check ups. We were so impressed with the staff, attention to our dog and to us that we made Bridgwater our permanent veterinary clinic. The prices for emergency services are the same as a regular check up and very affordable. Bridgwater does not push unnecessary treatment unlike other clinics we've been too.

  1) They gave us a range in their quote of cost and ended up only being about half. I trust that they didn't do anything medically unnecessary and they also were accountable to us for any and all procedures - including consenting to care if our dog's heart stopped. They kept in touch through out each day and were super patient with answering all of our questions. (we are in the human health field and therefore very thorough).

  I have had to take both of my dogs here for emergency services and both times it has been nothing short of an amazing experience. All the staff are friendly and seem to genuinely care about the animals they are taking care of. They listen to you and value your opinion. When my dog had to stay overnight to receive care, they called exactly when they said they would with updates, and at the end the price was significantly lower than the other emergency vet, and the care was 3 times as good! If I didn't love my regular vet so much, I would definitely move my animals care to Bridgewater because it is an excellent clinic with excellent staff! I recommend anyone looking for a vet to check them out!

  Took my cat in this evening and had a great experience. I so appreciate it being open 24 hours for times when you unexpectedly need vet care. Reception was great when I booked the appointment, the vet technician I saw on arrival was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I wish I could remember her name so she could be properly acknowledged. Dr. Faucher was very nice, calm, clear and explained everything to me as we went along. I am super impressed with the facility- from exam and X-ray to medication and payment, I was out the door within an hour and my appointment started on time. I like that they will forward info about my visit onto my regular vet. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend others to take their pet here. Wonderful work everyone and thank you!

  We brought our little dog in at approx 7 am recently as he had unfortunately ingested something that made him quite ill. The staff were kind, sincere, thorough and provided us with updates in his progress throughout the day. They took wonderful care of our little guy AND the cost of their outstanding service was very reasonable. Highly recommend this vet! Thank you for helping us in a time of great need!

  3) Let's face it- it was a completely traumatic event for us but especially for our dog who got hit by a vehicle and then couldn't be with his family and didn't understand that he was in care. They all loved our B so much that they came to say bye when we took him and helped us take videos and pictures when we got to take him home.

  We were referred here from Seven Oaks Vet - where we took our dog initially- last September the day he was hit by a car and in critical condition. They were absolutely amazing!
