    Awful service, awful facility. Do not store your items here. Plenty more companies that will treat you a lot better

    No stars. The absolute worst. Rude and condescending. No way to find a Senior Supervisor to make a complaint. If paying cash and your due date is a Sunday (closed). If you drop off your payment in their mailbox on Sunday. Well Monday they relentlessly try to get 21.50 late fee out of you. Even if you drop off a payment in the evening of your due date (no one there)....well next day ATTACK and try to rob you of 21.50. They broke a piece of my property.....would not replace it or pay for it. I could go on and on. Just terrible. Rent there and you ARE GOING TO HAVE TROUBLE.

    Booked my unit over one month in advance. On my move in day, they had rented out the unit to someone else. They offered me to pay more for a larger unit, or get a unit that was not car access. I had to fight with them for over an hour to finally get the unit I had booked (which they took from someone else - hardly a solution, just passed on my problem to the next customer)...

    I booked a moving truck for vacating my locker. When I arrived at the specified day and time, the truck was dead. Nothing was done to fix the truck or get a replacement. The manager got angry with me for expecting that a service I had booked be available. Extremely rude.

    I called to prorate my monthly payment as they do not offer refunds for mid month move out. No one ever called me back, in an entire week.

    Despite all the horrible customer service, I was still made to pay an entire extra week for my locker despite vacating it just one day after my last payment.

    Great safe and secure storage facility. The young couple that manages it are awesome. They could have charged me late fee's (due to me forgetting to pay on time) but chose contact me and bent over backwards and made sure I wasn't. This appears to be due to them being good honest hard working people. I would recommend sentinel to everyone.

    Horrible experience as noted in Carley's review below. Plus I just received a text message from them today saying our payment was past due even though we paid our outstanding balance last week.
