  In short, I'm disappointed in the reaction from the ownership and the lack of taking responsibility for their lack of due diligence. I would NOT recommend using that compound. I would search for one that doesn't have a waiver. Even if it is a little more money.

  Break and Enter hotspot well known to the police. Owners accept no responsibility for how easy it is to get into the compound and steal people's property. Use of the compound is also very poorly managed, no spots are numbered or assigned. Be prepared to have yard staff and other patrons move your trailer without permission or informing you, resulting in you searching the compound to find your property. Also expect to regularly have your spot taken whenever you leave and have to drive around looking for another one when you come back, only to find out that you took someone else's spot and they moved your trailer again. This place needs to hire dedicated after hours security staff and implement a system to number and assign spots before I will use them again.

  I wish I lived in Winnipeg so I could support these guys regularly! I left my Saab there in storage for one month on a road trip from Florida to Anchorage. Heather was very accommodating to check me in and explain how the gate and billing worked. Upon return to retrieve the car a month later (unknowingly on Canada Day, a national holiday) I was able to pickup the car while they were away and continue on the trip to AK. Owned and operated by a family. Support small business! Thanks so much again!

  On Sunday June 11/17, my 2015 Polaris quad was stolen from the Butler compound. It took a while to cool down to write a review so that it wouldn't be censored. When I decided to store my quad there last fall, I was assured that the business was safe and secure. I wasn't happy that I had to sign a waiver. What would happen if one of their staff caused damage? When the quad was stolen, all I got was a "sorry, we'll try to do better". I don't believe they have the camera's required to cover the area and the night watchman must have had his hearing aids turned off. There would be noise from cutting chain link fencing, locks and the revving of my quad engine while they were moving it around the compound to get out. Still not caught on camera. The people that are happy must have possesions that thieves don't want.
