  I wouldn’t shop here again. However the staples has some good staff. I always walk through here, they could have better management. Their motto should be ‘always thinking backwards.’ Security is racist and will follow you if you are not white.

  Conviently located downtown but seems to have lost direction and personality. Needs to rethink store mix. Downtown revitalization is passing it by for the time being. Find it's vision and be distinctive.

  Despite its bad hype... I love to come get some quick shopping done here. Its convenient, they have great stores inside, all bus access at almost every entrance if not all of them, between food court staff, security staff, and all the department stores employees they have been really nice, helpful and friendly. I think all these people deserve a lot of credit!!

  This Mall needs a total renovation! The food court looks like a welfare office! The 3rd level has nothing! Looks like a dead mall! The fountain area with it's industrial looking yellow painted metal boxes looks terrible! The area on the west upper side where Cherry Creek is looks like the 80's decor!

  Meh. To many beggars... and I don't mind giving change to peeps. Just too much of it. If I was small it a woman is be very wary... didn't feel safe. Parking is expensive and traffic sucks. Better to stay in the burbs.
