  Nice place, breakfast all day. Friendly service. They will give you a pot of coffee, don’t have to wait for refills.

  I usually do not write reviews but when we went in today it was horrible...i am very disappointed. I went in with my mother, my 7 year old and 9 month old. Issues began as soon as we walked in. We need a table for 3 and a highchair...she sits us at an elevated table (table is on a step). When she seated us I was in the washroom with the kids. When I see where we are seated I went back to the hostess and asked if we could be moved since I would ideally like to eat and not hold an active baby at the same time and I would like her to sit with us in a high chair and I did explain the high chair. She moved us and neglected to get a highchair. I sit there with my youngest squirming on my lap while 5 or 6 staff are chatting it up in the front and they can see us. My mother and I are looking at them trying to get attention. The waitress did not come to us until I got up to get a highchair. I could let that go but the food was not good. I ordered a half BLT sandwich and chicken and rice soup. What I got was some chicken, avocado and bacon sandwich and lukewarm soup (I ordered soup to warm up). I was able to instantly feed it to my 9 month old. Waitress comes back to check I tell her I ordered a BLT and she asked what did they make and I show her. Her response oh that is how we make our BLTs but I will get them to remake it. A chicken BLT has chicken not a BLT. I also hate avocado so why would I order it then. She asked if I wanted new soup ...no I am feeding it to my kid there is no point and I wanted to let them know in case anyone else wanted some. My mothers pancakes were also cold. We will never return and we were customers that came in about once a month. Service has gone tremendously downhill.

  Usually pretty good. Service can be hit and miss. Apps are half off after 9pm. Best thing they have going is a breakfast buffet Saturday and Sunday mornings.

  This location is going down hill. Perkins at the best of times isn't great, I can easily make most of their meals myself or but basically the same thing at M&Ms for far cheaper. This location is often dirty and kind of gross. "Mike the Waiter", who has been there for years, is one bright spot. Fun fact: there is actually a small cult dedicated to his worship. If you must go to this location, ask for him!
