  Today I had to pick up a prescription from this pharmacy after a visit from the walk in Clinic just beside it. I noticed my prescription had a different dosage from what i usually get and the doctor is now busy with another patient, so i couldn't ask him. I thought, maybe somebody from the pharmacy could advise. I told the pharmacy assistant that i have a question on 1 of the 2 items, and she said, "so you're picking up only 1 of the items today" without asking what my question is. I mentioned about the dosage and i forgot what non-significant answer she said. And i asked if maybe i can take 1 dose instead of the usual 2 since this new prescription is stronger. I was stunned. She just said, yeah you can do whatever you want !?! I was hoping to get an advise. Maybe, the next time they could be more accommodating to questions about PRESCRIPTIONS. Just a feedback. Customers would really appreciate if they show a little care. After all, we are getting prescription meds because we are not well at all. Honestly, compared to Shoppers, their services are not at par.

  The employee on this pharmacy needed some training for good manners and right conduct. I hand in my prescription for my mom's eye drop, being senior with less pension i asked the blond pharmacy tech if they have a small bottle and she said no it comes in a package. The next day when i come to pick up her eye drops i asked if i can talk to the pharmacist, when the Hispanic looking pharmacy came to talk to me i asked the same question i asked the tech the other day, his response was "why not" in a very arrogant way . I told him that i was told that i cant, he asked me who told me so i told him pointing to the tech "it's her". Very rude on his reply he told the tech"Jessica fix this" and walk away from me. Second incident, i dropped of the receipt yesterday regarding a 480 pills they owed mom since Aug 11, the tech told me the wait is for an hour so i told him ill come back to pick up the rest of her medication. i came back today and pick up all her meds, i asked the tech if the pill they owed is included and she said yes, i came home the pill is nit in the bag, i called, explained what happened, was on hold for 5 five another lady pick up the phone so im expectind she doesnt know what's going on cause i was talking to the other tech so i told her "hi i was on hold", her reply "i'm talking to you now, so i told her again why im calling and she put me on hold again, finally the other tech answered just to tell me that she cant find anything. it's been a month we never heard anything from them and this is what they gonna tell me.

  My last purchase/experience with this pharmacy was not pleasing. The pharmacist told me to pick-up my prescription after 1.5 hours but when I came back after 1.5 hours, I still waited approximately 1 hour. When I got home, I noticed they forgot one of my prescription and so I have to go back to get it. Overall, my past visits except for the last one is generally good.
