  Parrots are not in good health. Unclean environment. Beak and feather issues (mites). Birds are filthy. Owner plays down the idea of taking on a behavioral parrot. First timers should be provided the truth otherwise they won't have a good experience with their feather baby and may lead to reselling them. These pets live long and deserve better treatment than what this family is doing. I'm going to report them.

  Sorry to say I will never do business with this place EVER!! Had a product that needed to be replaced under warranty and all I got to here about was the dealer for these products does not do their job, takes months or longer to get our refund and went on and on, I'm a customer not a therapist. The company contacted them and they lied to the company directly. But all is good now that the company stepped in and took care of it. If that is how you treat your customers, well take your chances people or go somewhere else. Ask questions about warranty with all stores. Good luck

  google says do a review so here is my 2 cents time to clean up a little bit and make it a store a past comment about age lol silliest thing ive heard age is nothing ive been in old buildings that are pet stores and they are amazing inside and organized if you claim you are organized that's funny.

  first off the attempt of knowing all your products is poor trying to push sale is poor store is a disaster prices on some of these fish are insane. I have been to stores all over Canada and the u.s and am familiar with different places I can honestly say they rank among some of the poorest quality stores I have seen.

  The bird section just broke my heart! The cockatoo was sitting alone in a small cage with 1 bad perch, the perch is very rough on its feet! The macaws looked sick and the sun counres were always fluffed up! The finches were in a cage together but there were to many finches in that cage! Some of the other birds looked sick and uncared for. Yes I am a bird expert and I know when birds are sick, uncomfortable or not cared for! The cages were so messy and empty. If a store is gonna have birds they need to take care of them!

  Too expensive. Bought something and received little more than half of what I paid for. NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE!!!
