  We moved from Manitoba to another province few months ago and decided to use this company. Never again! It was a real disaster that didn't stop even after they finally delivered our items and we paid them in full. They pretended they lost our bank draft and wanted us to issue another cheque. Stay away from this company!

  I had so much stuff damaged and some stuff missing as well. We asked that all boxes be moved into the basement but there were so many stacked in the living room and kitchen that you could barely move around. I politely asked them to bring an arm chair to the basement (they got it from the basement in the previous place) they responded by saying "idk? I have to work up to it". Over heard one of the guys telling the other two that we wanted that chair downstairs and the one guy said "oh, they're one of those people" like how freaking rude. Your getting paid to do this. If you don't like the job then go into a different profession. It's very hard to move with a baby but these a** holes it makes it that much harder.

  Guess I should have read reviews. I'm a senior so imagine my delema when I started to unpack. Had to ask some of my family to help me move a couple things when I got stuck cause the top box was too heavy. Asked them to put boxes in the rooms labeled & they said it would cost me more fir them to do that. I said it wouldn't be that hard as they should be mainly all together in the truck any way. They piled most of the boxes in my spare bedroom practically to the roof & put other boxes in the living room & master bedroom. My tv stand was taken apart for the move into 4 sections. 3 sections they put together & the top section they had placed in the spare bedroom closet. Behind all the boxes that are mixed up. They threw heavy boxes on top of light boxes. Of course you don't realize the mess until you try to start unpack. Nothing is together. I only wanted the boxes that were going into my storage locker in the spare room but they have boxes from all over in there. Other rooms had a mixture of boxes also that had to me taken to different rooms to be unpacked. I've never had so many items broken!! I've moved quite a few times & never would use this company again. One star is too many!! There would be negative stars.

  I can't understand the negative experiences because ours couldn't have been better. I think it helped to have spoken extensively with Kevin who understood our requests and expectations. We didn't need them to do a whole move, just to move some very heavy items from our basement to our new home. We couldn't have asked for better service from Kevin, Eldon and Peter. They were careful, both with our items AND our walls, while leaving our house in Winnipeg and bringing our items into our new home. They were prompt, friendly and efficient, and we would definitely use them again.....except my husband says we're never moving again! LOL!

  Aug 1st my moving experience started. No packing paper, blankets not used, and the damaged started. Texting and calls so far have gone to deaf ears. The quote I rec'd of $800.00 ended up to $1700.00. To think the gentleman on the phone had the gull to say it would have cost more if they had used pkging paper, so I saved some money there!! The one star is for the movers who were polite and I assume embarrassed about the situation. I guess I'll leave it in my lawyers hands. Don't move with this company.
