    Payed to expedite shipping time table. Did not come on time and lied on the phone they got permission to drop off following Monday. Don't use them

    Manitoulin has been a pain to deal with. They consistently overbill by factors between 2 and 5 (!) and do not adhere to their quotes. Seems like every time I get a bill from them I have to call and get it re-rated closer to the quoted amount. It's been a huge waste of time - the only reason I kept using them was because their quotes were good. I've been fooled enough by their quotes, never using them again.
