  I needed a new mattress after years of an old one. Was helped by a very knowledgable, professional gentleman by the name of Zain. Next time I need a mattress, or want to upgrade, I would definitely speak with him again.

  My boyfriend and I had the best experience we could've asked for when buying a bed here. Suzanne on the sales floor was extremely helpful on the sales floor, knew her products and was able to help us get the bed of our dreams. In the warehouse Francois was extremely helpful as well, he was able to figure out how to use the ratchet straps that we couldn't, and he offered to help us strap them. Both Suzanne and Francois went out of their way to provide some of the best customer service we've had in quite some time, and we will be sending anyone we know looking for a bed to them!

  Wow. Lisa was just amazing. She gave us the best care of all the 4 different places we looked at mattresses. She was never pushy. She gave real suggestions to our problems and found us an amazing mattress for an amazing price.
