If you like to continue reading, the story began. I was told they can arrive in a hour, after an hour, I made a phone call myself to the company, I was told another hour, which understandable. It was bad snow. As long as they would come, I wasn't in any hurry, cuz I can stay at home and see my vehicle from the living room. Finally a driver came with professional looking. There was another smaller car also stuck in the snow, driving by nice young lady. The driver said, let's winch her out first. I didn't see any problems with it and felt it was a helpful company and saw my hopes. After winching her out, the driver came to my vehicle, saying "Oh it is BMW, I can't winch you out, cuz I can't risk damaging it." Hold on, you guys were contacted by BMW, aren't you? At the same time, another SUV stuck also got stuck at the cross, but from another direction. Now the driver said, sry I won't help you now, I gotta leave. I stopped him, clearly told him how to winch my vehicle out. He wouldn't try at all, turn around and leave. Called the company, a lady owner, argued with me, claiming she trusted her driver, he tried the best, and she I have to waiting until the city plow the snow. Good CSM! good argument! Contact BMW, advise them never work with Crane Towing, swearing with all my Beemers. Later the day, another provider, Tartan Towing, came. The funny thing is, when I stepped out my door, I saw another Nissan SUV stuck beside me, OMG. My hope was crashed. However the second towing company winch both us out, kudos. The way they winch me out, is exactly the same I showed to the Crane Towing driver. Ironic isn't it?

The same story may happen everyday, but just try to help the next person On Dec 07, 2016, sadly my BMW x Suv stuck in snow aa intersection near my house, which is uncommon to me. Anyway I tried the Roadside assistance, and Crane Towing was contacted to rescue me. In a short, Crane Towing didn't even try to help me. But under the same scenario, another Towing company successfully winch me and another SUV out. Never use them, for all Beemer owners.
