  After the most ridiclous money wasting experience I've ever had I tried to cancel any future hours I had. And they charged me 25 dollars to cancel private lessons I hadn't even booked yet.

  They changed times on me again once in private classes. They refused to switch the ONE time I asked ( making me waste $50 which was the cost of one hour session )

  They made mistakes with the time and dates of my classes. Refused to correct their mistakes, refused to refund me for their mistakes. Telling me I could only transfer my funds to a different class and not get a refund after they put me in the wrong level of classes that they tested me at.

  I then paied more money to be moved to private lessons. since some of my group lessons ( whitch were the wrong class ) had already passed. I had to pay more for the same amount of hours I originally paied for.
