  One of their junior lawyers (Kamil) left a voice mail for my wife that basically accused her of something shady when she inquired about power of attorney for her Alzheimer's stricken mother. The lack of empathy was appalling.

  David Wood is not the best real estate lawyer in Winnipeg for sure. We bought a house and chose him to represent us.

  I purchased my first home and chose Jeff as my lawyer, and it was the best decision that I made in the whole process. After my purchase and moving into my house, my neighbors house sold and was torn down. In the process, my fence was damaged. I reached out to Jeff after having difficulties resolving the issue with the new owners, and he couldn't have been more kind and generous with his time.   The fridge was not working on move in date. We spoke to him and his assistant about the problem. He said that there was nothing he could do because although a fridge was part of the contract, a working fridge was not specified.
