  Looking for a mens size 13 tungsten ring to replace one we bought last year that got damaged - purchased from metalsmiths st vital. The sales gurl was on her phone when we walked up ...turns out she was playing a game. We asked for help seeing any size 13 mens tungsten rings. She kept glancing at her phone as she told us to look over the rings and pick what we like and she will see if she has that size. I glanced at her phone in her hand as she kept looking at it...thats when I saw the game on her screen. I said if we like a ring and she doesn't have it in the size we want that wastes our time...the staff at St vital were so helpful when we bought our first ring and was able to show us the half dozen rings in the correct size that I was disappointed that this sales staff seemed more interested in her phone than us the customer prepared to spend a couple hundred dollars today. We decided into look elsewhere. Very poor service.
