  I took in a pile of old jewellery, much of it costume but some of it real gold and silver. I felt a little nervous because I had never done anything like this before. I was greeted with a friendly hello by Kristyna and she immediately put me at ease. I apologized for my mess of stuff and she laughed and said it was very normal. She carefully sorted through every piece and explained the tests she used to determine values. I left with a nice cheque and a feeling of satisfaction. I had cleared out some unused items from my drawers, earned some money on the more valuable pieces, then happily donated the rest to a thrift store for someone else to wear. A good way to start the new year!

  The price they want to give you for expensive jewelry is a joke.

  Changed my mind and went back less than 24 hours later to buy back one chain. They paid me $19.22 for it but now wanted to charge me $44.57 for it. When I asked why, they said it was s service fee.
