  My first experience with The Diamond Gallery was when I was looking for someone to help me design a new ring using my Grandmother's stones. Lisa was fabulous, had great suggestions and listened to what I wanted and made my vision happen. I was and still am so very happy with the quality and design. I have purchased a few other items from the DG and all have been great quality and value. The family is so nice and helpful, and treats everyone the same, whether you are buying a small item or a large jewelry piece, just couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

  My husband and I are thrilled with the service at Diamond Gallery! Lisa, Allen and Anita always greet us by name and are so friendly. We loved the process of designing our own custom wedding rings and appreciated how the design was presented to us at various price points.   After getting my engagement ring around Christmas,I went into the store for my first time today to get It cleaned. My fiancé told me that he was so happy with the service that he received while purchasing it, that I would for sure love them there! I was lucky enough to meet with both Lisa and Anita. They were so welcoming in the store! Lisa even came out from the back to introduce herself even though I was dealing with Anita. They both made me feel extremely comfortable as if I were talking to family - calling me by name during our entire interaction. While I waited for my ring they asked me about wedding plans, and to stop by anytime for a quick cleaning or just to say hello. Not once did they mention, nor did I feel pressured into looking at other rings or jewelry like I have at other stores. I was the one that actually asked about certain wedding bands. They simply answered the questions that I had with great smiles! I will 100% be purchasing my wedding bands there and hopefully much more well deserved jewellery in my lifetime! :) amazing experience all around!

  I custom ordered an engagement ring for my fiancée with lots of help from Allan it turned out absolutely stunning! He made the whole experience much more easier than I thought it would be. He went over every price and option in great detail and I left knowing I was in good hands. I was so happy with diamond gallery that we went back yesterday and with lots of help from Lisa we ordered a custom wedding band for my fiancée and a custom one for myself. I can't wait to see how they turn out, but I know they will be perfect. Allan, Anita and, Lisa are true professionals and will always have my business!
