    Second incident was when it was somewhat busy in the office. Me patiently waiting for the next rep to assist me for at least 30 minutes didnt work out I guess. After the long wait a random customer comes in and the lady ask how can I help. It irritated me because if as I mentioned I was waiting for a long time, the lady still assisted id wait longer... Like they really need to work on their customer service.

    First incident was when I was inquiring information on cancelling my license. The bald head man was so rude to start and at the end of everything he ended up cancelling my license without clarifying to do so and needed to end up surrendering my license. He told me it was to late to not cancel which Is what I did not want to do in the first place. Then I was asking who would I speak to about management to speak about his service and knowing he was afraid he kept telling me there was no one else to speak to..

    When I told the lady at the counter that I had some questions regarding my home insurance she said she doesn't know anything about home insurance. I figured she'd direct me to an employee that could help me, much to my surprise she said there was nobody that could help me. She proceeded to explain that on select days during select hours they have someone that comes in to do the home insurance stuff. I looked at the girl with a very confused look on my face and noted how weird it is to go to an insurance broker that I can't buy insurance from. The employee in the next booth exclaimed, in a very condescending tone, "well, it's Saturday".

    P.S. Whoever the branch manager is, please do not copy and paste the same apology to me as you've done to all other complainants. If you can't take the time to write a 40 word apology for you're terrible service, then you have proved my point further of terrible customer service and I don't want to hear it.

    Worst experience ever had with many of the brokers. First issue, the staff was not knowledgeable enough with his job, make us pay twice on a drivers licence. Sec issue just came out now, we were renewing our plate in Aug. The male stuff over there said dont worry about the sticker. We were getting a ticket because of expired licence plate. What a good place to do business here.

    Ive been here a couple times and honestly received the worse customer service everytime. 2 incidents that happened recently that shows their customer service is terrible.

    I've had terrible wait times and service every single time I've gone into this establishment! They honestly should not be up and running with all of these bad reviews and experiences from the people of winnipeg.

    The girl offered to take my name and number and somebody will call me back, when they call back I'll inform them that I went up the street and am getting a quote from them and will give them my business. I will never do business with them ever again due to the poor customer service.

    I will never buy anything from Hub ever again. I went in on a Saturday because I had some questions regarding my home insurance due to it being up for renewal.
