  Purchased a gazebo online with delivery. The box was missing the instructions and hardware and a few pieces were damaged. The customer service rep was extremely empathetic and helpful. She passed me on to Morgan, the manager on duty. He was efficient and apologetic. He offered to deliver the replacement pieces. I chose to pick up in store. There was a gift card waiting for the inconvenience. Perfectly handled. You have a loyal customer for life. Cheers.

  Was looking for Stucco patch. Approached 3 Rona employees yapping doing nothing. I asked where I could find it, and all 3 started walking away! When one of the ladies realized what had happened she jokingly said "we won't run away!" I seen her at the check out line and she repeated this line to me again. So not only poor service but the audacity to rub it in your face. Go to Home Depot.

  The worst store ever. Waited in an aisle for over 30 minutes to get help. In the meantime, the cashier tried paging for help - despite 3 attempts, nobody turns up. All this while, I could see staff standing in groups of 3 or 4 - chatting & having fun. Tried walking up to them, but as soon as they spot you, they walk away. Obviously, they have mastered the art of avoiding customers! Finally, managed to get some help after waiting another 15 minutes to talk to a very rude customer service rep.

  We purchased Maax shower doors from Rona. After installation we discovered water splashes under the door and over the track hitting my custom cabinet. We went back to Rona and the service attendant says " oh we have had problems with those doors , I'll have our manager contact you". I have called several times and have never received a call from the manager. I've contacted Maax and they are useless. I suppose now it's best to waste our money , rip out the doors and put up a shower curtain. Thanks.

  I wish I could give less than a star rating. Just experienced the worst at the Rona on Kenaston. I've never encountered such poor service at a Home store. Mostly young and completely incompetent, rude employees. They claimed they didn't have 1 piece of packing or cardboard to wrap our brand new window that we had ordered. We had to basically force them to do their job and find something, but only after we asked to see a manager. The manager wasn't even remotely friendly and never offered an apology for the poor service. I see why the staff acts up, seems like they're getting no direction or training on customer service. I will never shop at Rona again. Will definitely stay with Home Depot next time.
