  Rude unprofessional hair dressers. Manager is lazy and doesn't care what goes in at this brothel I mean salon.. A black girl cut my hair and messed up when I suggested to fix it she freaked out and basically started to put me down. She didn't finish and just left nowhere to be found. The girl working front desk apologised and suggested I leave my number for manager to call. Out of nowhere this girl with Spanish accent shows up and starts to scream at me saying I deserve what I got that I "have no right to complain" and asked that I pay $30 more than what me and hairstylist agreed on which was about $40 for worst haircut of my life noticeable huge chunk which the polite blonde girl in front desk looked horrified when she's seen the job hairdresser did to my hair. ..as well unfinished. I agreed to pay $30 more so $70 for a bother cut NO WASH OR DRY as she left nowhere to be seem with unfinished cut. Tbe girl w Spanish accent proceeded to THREATEN me of I didn't pay the $70 right away without speaking to manager. I paid and left crying. Manager NEVER called me back regardless of leaving messages regarding my experience. I had never experienced such horror. I also had to go to a different salon next day to not only FINISH my haircut but to fix a big chunk of hair missing in the back. I just cannot belive how money hungry this salon is that manager would rather not only ever call me but keep the money I paid and overpaid yet $30 extra bc this girl that came out of nowhere after my hairdresser dissappeared threatened me yelling cussing and getting in my face in scary agressive manner. I hope that Noone experiences the horror or botched haircut from these people. They don't deserve ANYONES business. Had I got my experience on video I would of sued this place.

  I love it there, great costumer service and I highly recommend sen, she is really nice and very good at har. She gave me ombré Beliage and you don’t have to worry cause she knows what will look good!

  Tigist is amazing! I went from a deep maroon colour to ash blonde. She got out all of the red and got the exact shade of blonde that I wanted. I highly recommend her if you want your hair coloured.

  Worst hair cut and customer service i have ever had... The hair dresser was rude and did not understand what i want, also gave me alot of attitude... The hair cut was bad and uneven and alot of hair was missed behind the ears and in the back of the neck. And the hair wash was very uncomfortable because her underarms were in my face. I usually go to the St. Vital location which has amazing service but because i was in the area i decited to try KP. NEVER AGAIN! And would not recommend to anyone....

  Terrible went there yesterday to get highlights and the girl who did my hair totally messed it up I was so upset even crying and she was standing there smirking at me the whole time so unprofessional !!! I had left and never paid for it at all left to the other location at polo park and they totally fixed it up and even they said there that it was done very sloppy and even the bleach and bled couple parts all in all thanks to the ladies at aura at polo and as for this place I igjogly remained that you go elsewhere and reccomend the aura in polo !!
