  Fit Body has been a life changing experience for me!! I have always been active at the gym, but after having 2 babies back to back I was having a hard time losing the extra weight and the gym just wasn't cutting it anymore. I started off by doing a 6 week challenge at Fit Body. Within the first week my energy and moods increased phenomenally and I felt soreness in muscles I have never felt by just going to the gym. The energy and motivation you get at Fit Body is contagious, everyone from the Coaches and staff to the members welcome you and make you feel like a family and that you can accomplish any goals you set for yourself!! It really is unlike ANY other gym I have been to!! I recommend them to anyone. Literally anyone can do the workouts, young or old, any fitness level doesn't matter. 5 STARS hands down!!!

  I wanted to get healthier, stronger and lose weight. Three days of working out and i can already feel my body transforming! Best place ever!! They sure make you feel like a part of their family! Thank you Fit Body bootcamp for helping me become a healthier me!

  Absolutely love working out and being apart of the staff, in just under 2 months this gym has evolved immensly so much positive energy, sweat and smiles is what takes place in this location daily!! 30 minutes is literally all you need to achieve and surpass your fitness goals.
