  I signed the contract with Shapes on Henderson 1 year ago. I tried few classes and they were not like I expected. I wanted to cancel my membership but they didn’t allow me. So I agreed to pay them 14$/bi-weekly for a year and not visiting the gym. I knew that my contract will end on the beginning of Jan 2018 so I called in the end of November and asked the consultant what should I do to cancel. They told that I can just come and cancel my membership before the end date. Because of holidays I came on Jan 02, 2018 (my contract was signed on Jan 01, 2017) to sign cancellation form and they told me that they will charge me one more month (3 more payments)! I was so upset with that and they could do nothing for me. I have to pay one more month just because their consultants are not knowledgeable! Even if it is in my contract they should provide clear information that the customer is requesting.

  The front staff are extremely rude and do not give you all the information you need to know. The person I signed up with said if i signed up for a membership for 3 months it would be done after that 3 months. Next thing I know I get hit with 3 extra payments I had no idea about because I was NEVER TOLD I had to come in and cancel it in writing. On top of that I was roped into 3 extra payments after that as well. I was told that it was "too bad that i was never told how to cancel a membership". The people that work the front desk are horribly rude and inconsiderate.

  Great staff and welcoming environment! I loved their hot yoga. The instructor had such a nice flowing routine. Nice facilities too

  I called to their head office to adjust my payments as the girl on reception advised me to do it and the lady on phone there was pretty rude and called me “my dear” few times! So annoying! So with such experience I will never ever become a member of Shapes and will give the advice to all my friends and relatives not to go there! Thanks to “great” employees and “perfect” customer service.

  The staff I have interacted with so far, have been very informative which I think is important for someone like me who hadn't had much gym/workout experience. With the information provided, I was able to choose the right steps I need to achieve my health goals. These same staff members have also provided an easy, comfortable and friendly environment which only increases my desire to return. Keep up the amazing work!!
