  A couple of months back I decided to give Orange Theory Fitness a try. I attended a free introductory class – loved it and signed up on the spot! The coaches are knowledgeable and very motivating. They help and push you through the classes without being overbearing. They focus on form and correct you, and answer any questions you may have about an exercise - ensuring you do the exercise correctly and don’t hurt yourself. I can't say enough about the positive environment. No judging! No matter your level of fitness or gym knowledge, there is a place for everyone at this gym. Oh and be warned you will work up a sweat! Super happy I gave Orange Theory Fitness a try and look forward to seeing my progress moving forward!

  i like that you have to prebook your workouts, so you are instantly committing to attending your class, Once there i love the energy of the trainers, how they take the time to make sure you are doing your workout at your best capacity, while pushing you to push yourself. The energy makes you want to get better and stronger. I love how you never know what your workout is until you show up, and you just give it your all. Its never boring as you are constantly moving around to each area. The OTP screen helps you push yourself and also brings out the competitive nature most of us have- but in a healthy way. you always feel like you have had the best one hour workout no matter what

  A great place to go for all fitness levels. The coaches and staff are amazing! Classes are fun and challenging.

  I've been at OTF sage creek for going on two years and it is hands down the most fun workouts. The atmosphere is very positive, the coaches are always there to help motivate you and help you push yourself and hit PRs. Since starting, I've improved my cardio so much that I no longer need to use my inhaler before or during class. I've achieved goals that I've set for myself and crushed their Dri-Tri workout twice! If you've never tried a class at OTF, I'd highly recommend coming in to visit their sage creek location! Thank you OTF sage creek!!

  Always an amazing workout at OTF! I consistently burn 600-900 calories per workout - in no way would I be able to achieve such results on my own. The coaches are both motivating and supportive and the staff is always warm and welcoming. I’m in my mid-30s and only now probably in the best shape of my life, thanks in large part to these folks. Thanks OTF Sage Creek!
