  It hasn't just been about working out anymore, but being the best person you can be and learning more about where Muay Thai comes from. Coach Dave has gotten experience from training in Thailand and that's the max experience I trust anyone could have.

  Coach Dave is a superb coach. He gives equal attention to all attendees of his classes regardless of skill level or how long they have been attending. He puts great emphasis on technique, and will not allow you to risk harming yourself, making this a great gym for beginners or people wanting to test the waters. There are classes for children, women, men, and co-ed options, classes for beginners and competitive fighters. Very well rounded gym with a great atmosphere and tons of encouragement from your classmates! Can't wait to get back into it!

  Dave is a technical coach that gives all his students attention. He has helped me a lot along the way and look forward to the years ahead. The gym is friendly to newcomers as everyone is there to learn no matter your skill level. The different programs can match what you are looking for, whether its a great work-out or competitive experience. Team mates give each other pointers to help sharpen each others skills. The gym is clean and well kept with everything you need to train. I have and will continue to recommend this gym to others. I can't even begin to express how much stress is relieved every time I would walk out the doors from the work out!

  I've met so many great people at Nak Muay Gym that all share the same passion &positive attitude to get the best out of Muay Thai. Not only has it been about learning Muay Thai, but learning to challenge yourself physically and to learn a new way of living.

  Thanks to the other students and advanced fighters for being so humble and inspiring, such amazing people. I love that gym and always feel at home when I'm there. No gym has ever has this kind of atmosphere, you really get what you put in to it when you keep a positive attitude! I'm down a few sizes and have so much energy, Enjoying the ride!

  Nak Muay Gym is a great gym no matter your age or level of experience. Coach Dave will work with you whatever level you are at and will build you up. Nak Muay Gym is a very clean and positive environment. Coach Dave is very kind and humble. He is truly an inspiration to his students. He has extensive experience in Muay Thai and has fought many fights.
