  Take advantage of that free personal training session, it gives you a great idea of where you're really at and how to go about acheiving your goals in a much more efficient way.

  In Winnipeg for business and had time for workout. I have been to gyms across the country and this may be the best I've seen. Members all put their weights away and seem to care for their club. Spacious and well designed.

  The guys and girls on the front desk are amazing! Really helpful and always smiling. The trainers here are also very helpful. I especially like seeing Avontay, Paige and Sami! It's worth a visit here just because of this besides the equipment is really nice.

  Just started up with Good Life Grant and absolutely love it. Its a great environment and the staff is very helpful

  I'm new to this gym but so far I love it! It's very spacious, tons of machines/equipment (I hate having to wait to use the machine I want), the change rooms are GREAT. The lockers are HUGE which is awesome because I take the bus between two jobs and the gym so I always have a huge duffel bag with me along with a purse and parka, and most lockers don't fit all of my stuff - but these ones fit all of that plus room for more. There's also a sauna in the change room?? I have yet to try this though. The staff has been super helpful so far and always in a good mood. Do keep in mind that it's not 24/7, they aren't open 24 hours on the weekend but personally that's not very high on my list of important things.
