  Big facility, might be good for a workout. I called beforehand and got no reply to my email or phone messages. When I dropped by wasn't sure who the staff were and none even said hi until the session started so I went somewhere else. There's plenty of choices

  I recommend finding a session that does not have a stat holiday as you lose a class. They offer a make up class, however if you continue on you will always be out a class. Not that big of a deal, but still good to know.

  My wife and I were in Winnipeg for 4 days and dropped in at CF Winnipeg each day. Before getting into town they were very easy to communicate with, we got out waivers signed online and paid in advance. Lots of available class times worked well with our schedule. Coaches were very knowledgeable and helpful, members were friendly and welcoming, and the WODS were well planned out and challenging. We will be back next time we are in Winnipeg!

  The bootcamp is a great introduction to Crossfit, The class was great and the staff are great as well.
