    Always shop at Co-op st vital. Great people always very friendly and helpful.

    This is a great Co-op grocery - prices are slightly higher than Superstore, but equity cash-back makes it worth it. Staff here are above and beyond. Co-op Gold is likely my favourite internal brand for cost-quality value.

    The prices don't really compare to superstore, and they don't carry a lot of the same brands I like. I love the bakery though.

    Great products and you get cash back at the end of the year for ANYTHING you buy there! What's not to love!

    I love love love the fresh deli sandwiches here (in the Safeway tradition), but it's a real coin flip whether the deli staff that day know how to make them.
