    Sales associate lied about how much time things would take, was rude, assumptive, and then had the balls to say I was 'abrasive' when I pointed out he didn't ask if things were being shipped to the same place when they were paid for by two different people at two different addresses. And didn't even go over options for box springs (I didn't know they made splits for queen sized mattresses now so it didn't fit and they tried to blame it on me) Would not shop there again.

    UPDATE: Still nothing, called this week and was told it will be in sometime this week and to wait for a call. That's what they told me last me last week. This place is unbelievable and should be torn down.

    Bought an ottoman. Took three weeks to arrive; ok I expected that. It came with a huge scrape on the top. Very obvious. They sold it anyway. I returned it for another.

    I purchased the extended warranty that they pretty much force you to buy and they do not get back to you regarding any claim you try to make to have a repair done on a item that is less than 6 months old.

    Its now 6 weeks later and I still don't have it. Called today and they said another week. I feel I should be compensated somehow for all my wasted time and effort returning and so on. I think ill try another place next time for furniture. Somewhere that actually cares about the clients.

    Worst experience ever. Never buy furniture here unless they can be taken home the same day. Originally I ordered a sectional sofa and dining set in November which had to be ordered and would take until the end of the month, fine, whatever. Didn't receive a call at the end of the month about my shipment so I called myself, turns out my sectional wasn't in yet but my dining set was. We agreed to have my entire order delivered together when my sectional arrived which would take 2 more weeks. So two more weeks pass and again, no phone call, so I call in, and now, my sectional sofa has arrived in store but now they no longer have my table! Only the chairs. So I agreed to have my chairs and sectional delivered because they said the table would be in the next week. And guess what, a week or so goes by and no phone call yet again. So I called in, yet again, and now my table apparently won't be in until January now. Such bs. Literally feel scammed because they won't return the chairs I haven't opened. And I was only given a refund for the table which was my best option. I had planned to have family over for the holidays so I'm hoping I can at least find a table in time for New Years during Boxing Day instead. Disappointed.
