    Great place to buy furniture and appliances. Free delivery is a really nice perk. Staff were friendly and helpful

    We ordered an oven from them in December, delivery date said it would come on Jan. 17. We stayed home all day waiting for it and nobody came or called. The next day we went to see what was going on and they said that it is out of stock and that it will come in February. Terrible service, could have atleast called us to let us know. Never going to buy from them again. I cancelled my order and bought it at Best Buy instead.

    My wife and me were in need of a new love seat and sofa . The delivery guys show up at my door forcing me to sign a waver stating that they the moving company and Leon’s furniture is held not responsible for any damage to your home and the brand new furniture you have bought , so me not thinking nothing would happen I signed the forms , the guy drops carelessly the sofa off the delivery truck and the sofa hits the ground very hard I could actually see the frame of the sofa bend and twist . They get the sofa in then they bring in the Love seat and they just shove the love seat in breaking my storm door hinge right off the base and tore my love seat up it punctured a hole in my love seat and ripped up the stitching on the love seat as well . The next day I phoned in and was told service is not open but they will be open the next day , so I phone them the next day to try and resolve this issue and I talked to a representative and gave me the whole run around so I asked to talk to a manager so he tries to get a manager for me but tells me she is so busy and I respected that and asked him if he could get a manager to call me back and he said he would and he did . The manager phoned me and then I start telling her the problem I have and right then and there gives me attitude and more headaches telling me I won’t be getting a brand new love seat to be replaced by the one they did damage to but wants to send some kinda technician to try and fix the broken part , mean while I have sent pictures to there email and they have seen the damage and don’t want to take action on there half but nail me the consumer with the problem. I trusted the name Leon’s Furniture cause I remember them from back in the day and they use to have a good name but after this problem I will never buy nothing from them again and my opinion I waisted 2,000 on damaged furniture that they deliver and to them it’s all my fault that’s how that manager made me feel it’s a very horrible experience and they refuse to give my money back witch all the time I told the manager I would rather have a brand new love seat like the one I got delivered but not damaged . Buyer beware ohh and we bought the extended warranty from to we were a sucker for that as well, from our experience is that they are not there for you but to make a buck off of you , and remember when or if you buy something they make you sign a waver it’s pretty much saying you buy it have a great day it’s not there problem no more they ship you out the door so in regards when that furniture gets to your home the delivery drives break or rip your new furniture you have well o well in there books cause it’s not there problem it’s yours now . I just thought I would put my honest review of what just happened to me with dealing with Leon’s Furniture.

    Don’t believe what you read online when ordering! We ordered a sectional November 26, it allowed the option to choose a delivery date of December 12, and nothing showed up that day nor did we receive any communication advising it was not being delivered. When we phoned we received a major run around talking to a few different people and received a few different new dates of when it was being delivered, which we still don’t have a delivery date (heard Jan 4, end Jan ...). Awful customer service to make up for this huge mix up, especially when we moved our old couch and love seat out and were expecting the new couch to be here before Christmas for our large family gathering! Very disappointed!!

    On the customer appreciation day purchased a product that sales person claimed as a "huge" discount. Later on, I discovered same item is available in a different store, more than twice cheaper and that was their regular price! The only hope is to believe that I purchased a good quality item at lest.
