    We had purchased a brand new LG washer and dryer from The Dufresne website. After a month of use the washing machine started making a banging noise.. it was eventually determined (after 3 weeks) to be a problem with a gasket and another piece (I'm not a service tech, so I don't know the specifics. All I know is it's broken). We were told that the parts are on back order and won't be in for another 2 weeks.. we have now been over a month without a washing machine. We have 2 small children so we really rely on having a working washing machine.

    St James store location is larger than the Nairn store. Items priced above average . Well laid out store with lots of choices.

    Poor after sales service. Wanted to wash their hand of my problem when my LG washing machine did not work at all. Also LG customer support expects you to wait a few weeks to months without a functional washer while they waste your time. At the very least I expect a the broken washer pickup for free and a refund given. No way you have to bring it back yourself I was told. Don't buy from Dufresne or LG you will regret it. Finally got a new washer Dufresne sales is not professional but their delivery people were great. Their customer care should believe people when they tell them to call LG and if they don't ask the person for proof which I would have gladly provided.

    Over the last few years, we have purchased appliances for 2 houses as well as a mattress and other furniture. We have been happy with past service, but unfortunately this experience has been so poorly handled that we will never deal with Dufresne again.

    Hi, I would just like to give a huge shoutout to Jill Fox!!! She went above and beyond excellent customer service!! She deserves a bonus and a raise!! My name isTracy Stranieri. I purchased a white leather sofa from you and after 3 months or so I had buyers remorse. The sofa was very uncomfortable. I couldn’t sit or lay down on it. It felt like a park bench. It was so hard!!! Anyway, I voiced my concern and Jill was most accommodating. Thank you so much!!!! She is great at her job and I hope you tell her that every day!

    Matthew Robinson was our sale rep, he replied to my email and helped us with our Gas stove purchase. He was very informative, showed us all of the options and was professional with all levels of the sales cycle. It was a pleasure to shop and work with Dufresne and your entire group, from the sales, financing to the delivery. We love our stove and will recommend Dufresne to our friends and family. It was our fist visit to your store.

    I contacted the Dufresne "customer service" line and asked them to replace the washing machine because it was brand new (not to mention we had been without our washing machine for 3 weeks already). They told me they do not replace appliances if they can be repaired. I understand their policy, but we have now had a broken washing machine longer than a working one. I had asked to speak to a supervisor as I felt this was a unique situation (or maybe not), but the person on the phone refused to transfer me because it wouldn't help. It seems as though Dufresne simply washed their hands of my issue and I really feel that they couldn't care less about the situation.
