    Bought a sofa and love seat set plus a coffee table/end table set from this store on August (paid over $5500). The sofa and love seat were leather and both had scratches when delivered. We were promised replacement if there was any issues when we were at the store, but they refused doing so!

    *Update- finally they started delivery but they are delivering damaged product. Now I have to wait another month for replacement. I wrote the email but still no one has contacted me. Such a joke.

    Worst web site ever ! Google them and you get the location then says go to website you end up on U.S site. After you get excited about low prices you realize it's their U.S pricing. Then if your patient email them to find real website which I did. Then enter the nightmare again for example beds, it says 3 pieces , 4 pieces 5 etc. But, for some logic or self induced sabotage probably on most sets do not tell you what you are getting in the description. I asked the sales person to better describe how I am to understand the logic and that they are not consistent. For example a 3 piece set some time means headboard, foot board and rails. But, another set says 4 pieces but, you only get a headboard as its written in the description. How does a bed stand up with 3 pieces ? So I ask her again what is in the package and she describes to me as I am on line at same time. But low and behold everything she described was inaccurate to the website. So this type of retailer are the ones that you will see die and I will bet these guys are out of business in 3-5 years for sure and fade as fast as the paint on the outside. Join Sears in retail heaven and if you want to save yourselves Ashley or those other retailers reading this never make it difficult to take someones money = rule no#1 Oh forgot to add when I was with the on line pro sales person and finding all these grade one retail mistakes she says come down and see the products in person. So I say o.k but to avoid further frustration will the 3 beds I'm looking at on line as we have been discussing be there she said "no". SO why would any person with a brain go down there to waste more time ??

    I love Ashley furniture, best couch I've had previously BUT The sales representatives aren't as great as the ones at regent. The woman on regent actually gave me that facts on the couch and reassured my concerns, where as the st James guys looked at you like a wallet, Just "a nice couch" speech. The first time I came to look at the couch, the guy showed me the couch did the nice couch thing, after my third time going in tried waving at him to come my way to give him the sale (as he showed me the couch first) but he looked at me like I was crazy. Felt embarrassed. Just want my couch and to go to regent the next time I need any furniture...

    After six month and over four visits by their technicians the issues have not only got resolved, but they tell me they are not responsible for one of the issues!

    Wlliam and the managers from start to finish will make sure you get the best price and leave happy. No need to shop around! Highly recommend

    Still waiting for my furniture. Close to the delivery date they call you and say, "your furniture isn't ready, it will be delivered on this date". Been waiting for past 20 days now. There should a commitment that Ashley furniture fails to honor. We booked it a month ahead before moving to a new place. They should not give us choices if they don't have it in stock. *Sigh*

    They replaced the leather on one of the sofa seats and the new one is even worse and they tell us they can not get anything better because its natural leather and there is always an issue while when at their store, they told us their leather is flawless when in store (to rationalize the high price tags) but natural leather always has some issues now that they have to fix it and they neither take them back nor get them fixed properly!!!
