  I actually dread the 1 day every month that I have to come into this location and make a payment because I cant stand the staff. You guys are a bunch of thieves! I can't wait till my lease is over so I never have to deal with you again. AND I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone.

  My son passed away and I was behind on my payments by a 2 months. But they were understanding. If your payment is due on the 1st and it lands on a day they are closed, you can make payments online or go in a day before. It is your responsibility to pay on time.

  Apparently, its MY responsibility to come in a day early and pay my bill if they are not open on the 1st of the month (which is when my bill is due) I came in the following day, the 2nd, and was charged a late fee BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T OPEN. I couldn't believe it.

  HORRIBLE customer service. The "manager" I spoke to about being charged a "late fee" was so inconsiderate and seemed annoyed by me when I was the one who should have been annoyed.

  Went to Aarons today to swap out our tv because we got the wrong one in the beginning. we had to bring the TV back because we live quite a ways away they were very helpful and they were very friendly they lowered the price and not only that we walked out with more for Less which is totally awesome their customer service is through the roof recommendation. if you're going to buy something for rent to own Aarons is the way to go thank you so much Aarons you ROCK.. joe

  I gave them 5 starts because my oldest son and the one that passed away as well as myself have been dealing with them for over 5 years. They have been great to us. Communication is the key. Let them know what is going on if your late.

  I've been dealing with them for almost a good 4 years and I'm a very good customer even when I was. Late of behind my payments they totally understood and never charged me ant kind of late fees I will always continue my services with them very respectful worker's bought everything from beds to my living room

  Not sure why this business is getting bad reviews. If you sign up make sure you pay. Simple as that! I've been dealing with them for about 2 years and no complaints here :)
