    This is beyond bad customer service. This place is just rude for the sake of being rude, and they really obviously don't care if people are happy with them or not. i don't know how they can stay in business with that attitude.

    I called and asked about the free delivery that is advertised online and they told me it's not really free. The prices online are marked up to include the $14.99 delivery fee. That's false advertising and enough for me not to use them. Sorry.

    I do a lot of arts and crafts. One day I asked me dad to phone some florists to see if they cold pinecones, since I do a lot of crafts with pinecones. None of the florists we called had them, but they all told us that. Except this place. Instead of answering my dad they just HUNG UP ON HIM. When I contacted them to tell them how disgusted I was with them, all they did was say sorry but were not interested at all in finding out who did it.
