  I had just found out late one morning that a good friend of mine had suffered a loss. I walked right into Norwood Florist right away and was able to arrange something within minutes. The owner was so helpful and courteous even though she was having a bit of a busy morning. She even made the delivery herself that afternoon, and my girlfriend had received a stunning bouquet that really brightened up her day. My girlfriend was also very appreciative of how thoughtful and sensitive the owner was as she made the delivery. Above and beyond my expectations!

  I live in BC and at the last minute had to call all over Manitoba to find a way to have flowers delivered to my mother in law for her birthday. I spoke with the owner who was so nice on the phone. We told her our price range and she promised to make us a beautiful flower arrangement. The customer service was amazing and she is personally delivering the flowers for us. We can't thank her enough for helping our little ones with grandma a happy birthday.

  Created an amazing arrangement (with no notice) to commemorate a special day. Took a small idea and turned it into something great. Wonderful service.
