  Crappy service. Sent my wife flowers for Valentines Day and they were frozen. Manager/owner says I'm lying.....they just lost a long time customer.

  I truly enjoy going to this flower shop for all my floral needs. I always find such beautiful arrangements or bouquets for a birthday, anniversary, or special occasion!

  I called to speak to the lady and tell her how disappointed I was with the arrangement. The customer service was even worse than the arrangement. The lady was beyond rude and aggressive with me on the phone. I let her know that I would share my story and hope that others avoid this florist.

  I ordered an arrangement to be sent to my mother for her birthday. I asked for a nice spring arrangement and told the lady that my mother had her own vase so I could save money and have a fuller bouquet of flowers.

  Even though I love this convenient florist, and have used their product for over 5 years I was very disappointed when I was charged a second delivery charge because they were unable to deliver to address. Order placed yesterday, no call from them to advise of problem. I will be finding a new florist.

  I WAS SHOCKED when I received the picture from my mother. It was 3 Gerber daisies and a couple smaller flowers and the rest was filler. That was the $50 arrangement that was sent to my mother on her special day. You can get more from Costco at a 1/3 of the price.
