  Did much research into florists but was still worried that so many other positive reviews were fake, but I can honestly vouch that mine is sincere. Great value for a gorgeous bouquet (my friend sent a pic and love the arrangement) and it was delivered quickly without issue. Will definitely be my go-to florist from now on!

  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We have received 4 dead bouquets after loosing a loved one. Even though there is a number to contact with concerns NO one is willing to speak to me or help. I am repeatedly directed to email. When I do I receive an email stating I will be contacted within 24 hours. Days later I have still not been contacted. The flowers come brown, frozen and are left on the front step in cold winter weather without confirmation anyone is home to receive them. Not something you want when already dealing with a loss.

  I have used Bloomex a number of times. They are usually really great and the flowers arrive on time and as expected. However if the flower shop doesn't have the blooms in the photo they will substitute. This seems reasonable if the flowers are of comparable quality - which doesn't always happen. As with any delivery company, the times can vary substantially from what is requested... Overall quite satisfied.

  Looked for a local Winnipeg floral and gift basket business...and couldn't have been happier. The selection was large, the options extensive, the prices competitive and the website easy to use. Very happy about my choice to go with Bloomex!
