  Very knowledgeable staff. We were looking for a turntable. We weren't aware of so many options. Oscar, our sales person was smart, helpful & quite pleasant. I highly recommend this location on pembina!

  fastest shopping trip of the season.. efficient knowledgeable sales reps.. reasonable prices.. whole transaction probably took 4 minutes.. good exchange policy..

  I purchased a fitness tracker from them and I found out that I cannot connect it to my phone. When I searched on the Internet it said that I have to ship the unit to the manufacturer, so they can update the firmware on the watch. I didn't want to ship it to the manufacturer every time I had an issue since I expected it to be done at the time of my purchase. I went to the store and I wanted to return it, they tried a different unit and it had the same issue. I wanted a refund for the return, but they informed me that smartwatches/trackers cannot be refunded despite they saying that I can do so if I haven't worn it (used it), at the time of purchase.

  Stay FAR AWAY from this store not worth the Stress !! I was sold a unit that was Not in Stock, the guy says by the way that's Not in Stock after it was approved, why would you sell me something that's Not in Stock !! I said what about the other visions, nope there out of stock too, he didn't even check. I called multiple visions the next day & they all had stock. I was following up my appointment & they said I don't have an appointment for you even though it was written at the bottom of my receipt & now that I have you on the phone I talked to my installer and will have to charge you more, even though there add says installed and No Hidden Costs. FALSE ADVERTISING !! My car went in with no problems & came out with many & they said there not responsible. The guy up sells me a command start, says it works up to a mile away, will even work through the walls of the movie theater, it BARELY works a hundred feet away, never mind a mile, sometimes it doesn't even work and I just got it. They lie to your face & will do anything to make a dollar it seems. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT IMPRESSED !! If I could give them 0 STARS I would !!

  I had command start put into my new 2017 ram 1500. I was informed that it would work up to a mile away, even through walls. This is not the case. I'm lucky to get 500 feet vs the 5000+ I was promised. I also had to wait a few weeks for an install and was informed the only way I could get it done quicker was if i paid an extra 50$ for a wiring harness. The unit hardly ever starts my vehicle first try and takes a few times to actually work(even when I'm 5 feet away). The first day with the command start, my truck didn't start during the first try, but on the last try. I then had issues actually starting my truck. The command start keeps deciding different times for the truck to turn off. It will sometimes turn off when I open my door, or when I put the key in the ignition(without turning) and even one it didn't turn off at all. It doesn't seem to start when I lock the vehicle with the Stock key,meaning I have to unlock and relock my doors. I was told this product was amazing but have had nothing but problems...I was then informed that it would take over a month to bring it in for a check up. For $600+ I expect way more and much better customer service. Be careful buying command start from the pemiba location in Winnipeg
