  He wouldn't waste his precious time to quote me a repair cost when i explained to him that I wanted to pay in order to keep my twin monitors rather than having 2 different models. He kept telling me simply buy a new one.

  The man I spoke with said it would be a waste of their time and my own and that I should just buy a new $400 monitor even though it was barely off warranty and 4 months of it passed by while it sat in their shop.

  Sent a $400 LG monitor for warranty work and 4 months later got it back with worse problems than what i sent in. A minor fix turned into a fully unusable monitor. The 4 month wait to get it back put it beyond the warranty period, so when i called to ask if they'd fix it, I was told it wasn't worth repairing. They wouldn't even honour their own 90 day coverage.
