Both the doctors and receptionists are unprofessional and not welcoming, it's unfortunate that I find a walk-in clinic better than my regular doctor. My visits with Dr. Saint Hilaire, I found that she lacks concern for her clients, poorly organized, relies on referrals rather than examining herself and does not recall your previous concerns/conversations/appointments. Unfortunately, it's also up to you to follow up with your doctor about concerns or results, they will not contact you until months later. Overall, this clinic has continuous problems that have not been resolved and I would not recommend.

Friendly receptionist, staff and doctors. After reading some of these reviews I was really Leary on going to this clinic but to each it's own, often it's easier to leave a negative comment them a positive. My review is very positive, we were treated very professionally and prompt.

Place is always closed. Front desk takes longer lunches than what it says on their phone, they don't open on time. Always an intern every time I visit.

ORIGINAL POST: My physician is great, but the front desk staff is highly unprofessional. It's an open waiting room, and their chatter can be easily heard. They speak at a high volume, and in a manner befitting the break room. They rush through the check in process, and interrupt you. In the mornings when they are trying to be friendly, it comes across juvenile and condecendinng. In the afternoons you can tell they've had enough as they're curt and short, you can hear that most evidently when they are speaking with clients on the phone. Not impressed.

UPDATE - still a 1 star. My physician is leaving this office, thankfully. Front desk staff have not improved: they have failed to communicate test results to my physician, and failed to provide a consultant with my medical records - both of which resulted in a total waste of time for both physicians. When their computers were down they promised to call everyone and re-book appointments. I didn't hear back after a week so I called them and she put me off again saying she had to call me back... then didn't. I waited another week and called myself. When I was told my physician was moving, she promised to call with the updated info - that was 2 weeks ago, so I called today. I understand what it means to work in this capacity, having worked in ER's and ICU's as front line staff. I understand things get busy and forgotten, but this is not good. I can advocate for myself and follow-up, but patients with more acute needs (or elderly) cannot. This is how patients fall through the cracks.
