  Nice merchandise. Need more staff. Hard to find a salesperson. That would be management 's fault not the floor staff.

  Was looking for a fregrance last night, the lady working in fregrances didn't seem to know a whole lot about fregrances ( she has been there a while) kept showing me sweet stuff, told her, spicy, Woody, earthy. Than another fregrance person interrupted our conversation.. just walked out at that point.. very disappointed. That store used to be great. Just seems like there is less and less staff. Nobody to help you find your total look. Store looks nicely updated, except for the roller painted cash desks (they were fine before)

  It needs some cleaning and some updates. It's not terrible, but it's off putting seeing dust hanging from the ceiling. And why does the Bay always emulate failing stores? They emulated Eatons, now they emulate Sears? You have to hunt around to find a service counter to pay for stuff. And you have to keep finding other service counters every time you find another item. I know the old checkout lines method is a bit cold, but it's also a lot more staff efficient.

  Bought a coat online at thebay.com I didn’t know what size I would be so I bought two in different sizes and easily return the one that didn’t fit me in store.
