  I had to come in from out of town to have some extensive work done by Dr. Dawson. I found all the staff to be amazing. Very kind and efficient. I think that the previous commenter had an "aberrant" experience, for I found the secretaries and dental assistants and dentist to be very helpful. The dental work itself was impeccable and not at all unpleasant despite my having to be in the chair for more than two hours at a time. Thank-you!

  I have been going here for years. Love it. Will keep going until I have no choice even though I moved to the other end of the city.

  I called to make an appointment for my husband. Trying to figure out a day that worked best for us, a week that we get paid on and a day that didn't land on my prenatal appointments in 45 minutes out of Winnipeg. The receptionist was very hostile, rude and you can clearly hear her rude sarcasm. She kept telling me to get my husband to call back, but unfortunately he cannot because he works the hours that they're open. I know all of his days off and he needs to drive me to my prenatal appointments. She was very unprofessional and OF COURSE I called another dentist that was a lot more understanding and patient with me.
