  I've had a few appointments here for checkups/cleanings but no major work. The tooth-related aspects were great - friendly and professional hygienist and dentist at checkups. But I can't catch a break with the admin staff. My first appointment, I arrived and they had no record of it--even though their confirmation call the day before was right there in my cell phone log so I know I wasn't imagining it. Second appointment I booked procedures A and B. When I arrived they only had me scheduled for A, so I had to come back a week later for B. Then they billed my insurance incorrectly so I had to waste a bunch of time sorting that out and I ended up out of pocket for a small amount. Exacerbating this is that nobody seemed apologetic or concerned when these issues happened. Honestly if my partner didn't like this place so much (their review would be better than mine) I'd take my business somewhere that's more organized.
