  Have appreciated H&M’s cheap, stylish clothing over the years. However, I was never impressed with service. Now recently I bought a pair of socks that had the seam (not a tear) come apart during the first time I wore them. They refused to return or replace my socks. Frustrating that they don’t appreciate my business. I’ll happily shop elsewhere now.

  I purchased Christmas gifts at H & M this year and I will never do it again. I lost my debit card over the holidays and because I have a different debit card number than I did in early December I can only get store credit for the sweaters I purchased. This is an archaic retail rule that most stores have changed and if you have the same type of payment they will return on to it (mastercard, debit, amex etc). I will stick with Costco and Amazon next year for all my holiday shopping as it was seamless and required one trip to Costco with the exact same situation (purchased on one debit card and returned on another). This was my first experience shopping at H & M.

  Good stylish clothing at prices that are reasonable. Their staff are also very helpful.
