  It was very good. I felt extremely comfortable and the employee took their time to make sure I got the vehicle I was looking for. Alexandra did an excellent job, she was very friendly and accommodating. I'm very happy I went through Ride Time.

  I had car troubles and pulled in the parking lot just to see if I could use the phone. I was so impressed with the staff. Kindly offered the use of their phone, and even insisted their mechanic Jimmi listen to my car and offer an opinion. I was far from home and they put my mind at ease. Ride Time staff made my day.   Decent sales people but service department has been hit or miss in regards to warranty work such as delays and inability to give relevant information pertaining to service or repairs and concerns.

  I bought a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland through Ride Time. I dealt with Andrew and he was nothing short of professional. When I told Andrew my list of wants and wishes he came back with a vehicle that checked all of the boxes and more – not to mention he was under budget (who doesn’t love that!). Given that I live in Toronto, Ride Time is in Winnipeg and the Jeep auction was in Montreal, to say that I’m impressed with Ride Time’s nationwide capability is a vast understatement. This was my first purchase with Ride Time and I can guarantee it will not be the last.
