  The service here is terrible and the employees are very rude. They will take your money and not fix your car! They will make you wait an hour for service. They will cancel appointments and refuse to honor their contracts. If you change your mind or they renege on there agreement and one wants their money back, you basically have to call the police to get it. I would give negative stars if I could. This is the epitome of what a body shop should not be. They do not care about their customers at all. They only care about taking your money and doing as little work as possible. Do not trust this company. They are sleazy liars.

  Again I brought my car to winters they do awesome work and treat your car with care and I know where my car is going for my future body work and recommend winters to anyone else that wants quality work,thanks Rob and staff.

  First got our MPI claim "fixed" by them. A few days later when the snow uncovered the area that was damaged the dents were still there. Went back to get it properly fixed only to find out they never bother masking the door and painted the back seat red. Luckily the boyfriend works at an auto repair place with a detailer and had it professionally cleaned. Otherwise we would have had to go back for a third time. Maybe they treat MPI jobs in a rushed manor compared to individual jobs? Would not reccomend to get your claim work done here even though they do offer a courtesy vehicle.

  I cannot say enough about Winters Collision Repair. Honest, prompt, courteous. Just the very best! The results on my Toyota was incredible. The car looks better now than it did before the accident. I would highly recommend them!!
