  UPDATE: its been 19 days and my car still hasn't been finished. Not only have they failed to do the work, they have consistently said they would call me back and have yet to do so at all. I will NEVER go back here, nor do I recommend anyone bring their vehicle here. I am getting very nervous that my car won't even work when I do get it back.

  Overall it was good experience for me at crown auto body. Inspection for my car was day and repair was just a day too. It was hassle free and convinient just one thing missed, I was expecting complete car wash from inside too but in my case it was just a vacuumed.

  To put it blankly they are completely disorganized, don't care about customer service, don't take responsibility and don't even care to make up for mistakes. This is last time I ever go there and if anyone asks me where to go, I will surely tell them not to go here.

  Very happy with the work at this shop. I dealt almost exclusively with Nicole at reception who provided me with lots of timely updates and answered all my questions.

  1 star is generous. I have never written a review but the awful service here has to be known. Been waiting 10+ days for my car for something that I was told would take a few hours. Not once has the company called to inform me what is going on and I have had to call every few days to get the status of my vehicle and guess what? They haven't even started.

  Even the inspection that I had to schedule with them was useless. They kept my car for a few days longer than anticipated at that time, never called back, and didn't even get the right information in order to do the work done which I had to schedule weeks later tha the inspection.

  They redeemed a passing grade for the very good service I got on the day I waited and had my bumper replaced pretty quickly, but was not happy with them when my 1-2 hour appointment on the Friday prior turned into 3-4 hours because of an issue with the paint sprayer late the day before. Why was my part prepped less than 24 hours before my appt? I declined to wait that day and came in on Monday. Like I said, very good service on Monday saved this review. Oh and another gripe... the parking lot is a mess! Nowhere to park when you're dropping off a car.
