    I recently had my car repaired at this body location. Nothing was was wrong with my repair but I unfortunately witnessed some unprofessionalism by the manager there. While I was in the front area she had yelled at a staff right infront of me and I heard every word. As a manager myself I was very displeased to see this happening as she for one shouldn’t be doing that infront of customers and as well she was using profound language. It was a very awkward situation to say the least and the employee was probably very embarrassed that people heard. I just wanted to leave a comment to express how unprofessional this was, she shouldn’t be in her position if she can’t confront her staff appropriately and at the right time. I hope that the next time I have to come into this boyd I don’t witness something like this again...

    I would like to recommend Boyd as they did a wonderful job taking care of my vehicle! I dealt with Jeremy, and he kept me informed with every detail and treated me with honesty and respect! The front office staff I dealt with, Ryan and Natalie were excellent & very courteous! I highly recommend them for any work you need done!

    the worst experience ever. 1) gave a date for 8.30 monday morning when phoned on monday morning said they did not even have us listed for the day so had to take the car in on tuesday

    The service I received at Boyd was superb! My car was broken into recently and i needed to get it fixed quickly. This location was one of the few places open during the weekends. They couldn't fix it that weekend but did offer use of a courtesy car, which was really important to me and my busy schedule. The glass repair was done quickly on the following Monday. Although there were minor clean up items I had to point out to them, they were willing to help address concerns I had. From the front desk, to the service techs, I was treated with understanding and respect. Overall, great customer service and consumer experience.
