  Service was great. Damage was repaired and it didn’t take long. Ladies at the reception are very accommodating and easy to deal with. They also call to give update to reassure that they are doing their job. My only complaint was that they didn’t put the block heater cord where it should be on the front bumper. Its been a year and have been back. Not a big issue.

  They were very professional and got my car in quickly to be fixed. It did take longer than we thought due to waiting for parts, but they had set me up in a courtesy vehicle, and were very good about keeping me updated as to the progress. My only issue would be that one of my headlights was clear before, and when my car came out, it was cloudy, as well as a piece of plastic under the bumper wasn't fastened. Other than that, my car looked almost new again.

  Really good communication from Carlee at the Collision Centre. She called to provide me updates every couple of days and has really shown care throughout the whole frustrating process of getting my car fixed after a hit and run. Very impressed, would come back again if I had to - but hoping I don't!

  This is a hugely busy place! Friendly service and a good job. Wished they had told me that when I picked up the rental car it was optional for me to buy additional insurance as that caused some distress and some unnecessary expense. It also might be advised for customers to purchase rental car insurance through AutoPac as it is much cheaper when you are getting your courtesy car. The work done on my car was good however and I have nothing to complain about in that department.

  I went to Birchwood to have my oil pan assessed and repaired. The ladies in there were very friendly and accommodating. Asked where the problem was on my car I told her it was a pot-hole that damaged my oil pan. She asked where it was and laughed as we were both joking around about how this horrible crater keeps getting cheaply fixed then it rains and the holes there again. We both found humour in this situation as she’s hit the hole as well. Upon my return back to get my car the work was completed within time frame given. They washed my vehicle and I was on my way. Highly recommend these people for any repairs.
