  The best experience I have ever had in the service industry. (And I'm from Miami.) That other guy is probably just salty. Every time I go there, I get the best customer service and a silky smooth rental experience. 10/10 would rent again!

  I was called to come pick up my car early because of closing times, no problem, but when I arrived there was no car for me. Ended up waiting 45minutes at the location before a car showed up. Book with anyone except Avis/Payless.

  Have rented from this place multiple times and has always been a pleasure. Arsh and others are very accommodating. Listened to me and even upgraded to a better car without giving me too much of a hassle. Would definitely recommend to deal with them.

  Very good location for the downtown area. The prices are much more competitive than other rent car companies in Winnipeg! That’s why I rent the car here almost every weekends. The staff at this location is extremely friendly and professional. This guy named Arshdeep, he always gives me a big smile and even remember what I need automatically. Great customer service and speedy access to the car. Very satisfied!!

  Car has terrible "all season" tires. For a manitoba rental where icy roads are standard, this is a poor level of service and safety given to their clients.

  Great customer service and great deals. I used to rent cars from Enterprise downtown area but eventually since one year I switched to Avis downtown area. Most of the time, Avis-downtown provides better deals. Avis-location at downtown provides very reasonable rental prices. The gentleman, Arshdeep, who works at the location is very classy.

  I've had 4 separate bad experiences here. Avis in general is overpriced and has so many rules on "discounts" that you can never actually receive one. And this location is particularly rude and useless.
