  Great price and swapped out a tranny fast. But in the end I feel like he tried to swindle us out of another $200. The shifter wasn't working good, wasn't going into gear like it should. Barry told us it was stretched and that it was done before he got it. How does a shifter cable get stretched? I dunno it worked fine on the old transmission. This is when my sketchy shyster alarm went off. Long story short. $10 part at the wreckers instead of $100 new. But would still be a pain in the ass to replace. Started taking the old one off in hopes that I could fix it still. And yeah! lucky for me all I had to do was twist a little plastic part, that is around the cable to closed. A part, that to open you would need tools, and it was very noticeable that tools were used. A part that did not even need to be touched when the tranny swap was being done. I wish I could give him the benefit of the doubt, but I don't think I would trust this guy with my 10 speed bike

  Great service. Will never sell you on parts you do not need, unless truly necessary. Been going to Barry for years. Honest work, done well.

  Bear always to get it done right, and he'll explain exactly what the problem was and how it was fixed or the cost to fix it etc.

  Bought a car which was maintained in this shop before. Went there for regular inspection and oil change. The next day I came to pick up my car and was surprised when they changed a whole alternator for free without any notice since it was on warranty from previous owner. I really give a respect for honesty of this service.
