  i do a fair amount of shopping there... from picking up a few tools and supplies to buying some bikes. i like all the staff... sept for the old drunk guy... just kidding Bruce... love ya! a few people complaining the techs shot their bikes down... i don't think they meant to hurt your feelings(well, maybe the bearded one might have). their just being honest. there are definitely some things that a tune up just can't correct. junk components and badly made bikes is one of them. i know I've owned my share of them.

  The sales man, Marcel, was very friendly and helpful when I made the trip to pick the bike up. He provided my partner with another cross bike and we had a nice little ride together before I pulled the trigger.

  Got my first "Good" bike from Bikes & Beyond, and have had it needed to be repaired (from general use) several times. Cannot say enough good things about the staff and shop in general. The bike itself has been always reliable, outside some spokes and rims being over used on my part. Staff have dealt with the manufacturer for warranties for me to get them though they expired, with me being okay with paying the full amount, and succeeding with the Manufacturer honouring the warranty. Prices have always been fair, especially with the quality of work given. I have gone in there to ask questions, the staff, while much much more knowledgeable than I am, explained it to me in ways that made the solution clear to me, making my life much easier. I have recommended whoever I can to go to Bikes & Beyond, and they have had the same experiences.

  Wow what a store they have the widest range variety of bikes. Certain times of the year mostly summer the get local professionals to provide displays on diffrent styles and sport for the riders. The prices are vary competible not unbeatable as for the service. You just can beat them theyll answere all your questions and some no pressure sales they offer numerous diffrent program from novice to well experienced cycles. They like to keep the public well informed so everybody can have a great experience on their cycling adventures. Main thing they press is SAFETY IS ALWAYS FIRST. I never had any regrets when i made an 3000$ purchace from them and they kept me informed on my tune up when i had question without any thought they were all ears what ROYAL TREATMENT YOU GET JUST BY ENTERING THEIR DOORS. You sure walk away knowing more then you thought there was to know about owning operating understanding what used to be so simple back in the day they made it simple and enjoyable again to purchace and size up for your next cycling adventure. Best experience ive had the honor to be a part of such honest professionalism and walk away confident and proude and so much more knowledge about what i purchased i knew when they were helping me load my new bike i wasnt just a client but i had also made a new friend. My best experience on a product we all seem to think we all know so much about. Well my friend you dont even know much till you spend a good portion of your day having all questiions answered and some and knowing that you cant get better then this you wont regret it i would even do a special comute if i lived some distance away to get that kind of Royal treatment. What an experience all never forget or regret.

  This review is a little late, but last August I purchased a new cycle-cross rig from this shop. Living five hours out of town, the shop provided me with excellent communication and service over the phone and email.

  Last week my girlfriend went for a bike ride, her tires were low and had no pump, she lives right by there so I told her to use their free outdoor hand pump, it was gone (presumably stolen or I am misremembering,) she went in side, the staff filled the tires immediately and were very friendly to her.
